what is the difference between the training plans and coaching?

Training Plans
  • one-time purchase (in USD) for a downloadable pdf
  • programs differ in frequency of training per week, not intensity (ie, beginner plans have the fewest training sessions per week while advanced have the most)
  • no external assistance outside of the material include in the plan
Coaching
  • monthly subscription (in USD)
  • personalized based on your goals/personal needs
  • access to coach's phone number for external assistance/any questions you have

what are your fulfillment policies?

Refund Policy
-If an individual is truly dissatisfied with the program following their purchase within the first 14 days (2 weeks) of their purchase, they can reach out to our customer support team via email (innerflamelh@gmail.com) and receive a refund.
Delivery Policy
-The training plans will be accessible as a downloadable PDF immediately following one's purchase.
-The coach will reach out via email following the purchase of the coaching subscription to set up the introductory call and further explain the distribution process for the provided material.
Cancellation Policy
-If an individual looks to cancel their coaching subscription, they are allowed to do so at any point.
-Cancellation within 7 days of the payment for the month being made will result in a full refund for that month and the program will end immediately.
-Cancellations made following the 7 days of the payment for the month being made will NOT result in a refund for the month; however, individuals can still receive training plans for up to 14 days following the cancellation (if they would like to).
